Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to emergency patients
• Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and intervene promptly in crises
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license (required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• PALS certification (preferred)
• Emergency department experience (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in patient triage and emergency procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
