Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to students with daily activities
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by school health protocols
• Support students with mobility, personal hygiene, and mealtime needs
• Collaborate with school staff to promote a healthy and safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in school health, pediatrics, or similar setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices
• Skill in taking vitals and documenting accurately
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Adaptability to varying student needs and situations
