Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate cardiac, nephrology, and stroke care to adult and geriatric patients
Monitor continuous EEG and manage diabetes patients with expert attention
Titrate cardiac drips including Cardizem and beta-blockers safely and effectively
Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs to maintain excellent 1:4-5 ratios
Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units as needed while providing top-notch care
Problem-solve and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Strong critical thinking and positive attitude
Ability to pass open-book skills exam with 90% or higher
Valid driver's license for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac care and drip titration expertise
Nephrology and stroke patient management
Diabetes management and continuous EEG monitoring
Effective communication and teamwork
