Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a 10-hour shift, focusing on orthopedic and varied cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient support when needed to keep the community moving
Build meaningful connections with patients in a small-town setting where every case counts

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town clinic

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient physical therapy assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload of 12 patients per day
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Comfort working independently in an athletic-club-based outpatient setting
