Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients on our 26-bed Cardiopulmonary Telemetry and Neuro unit
Monitor and interpret EKGs while providing expert oversight for neuro, CVA, pulmonary, and general telemetry patients
Collaborate with charge nurses, hospitalists, and an amazing interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient outcomes
Support patients using Airvo/High Flow technology and coordinate with 24/7 respiratory and pharmacy teams
Mentor PCTs and contribute to a positive unit culture where every team member matters

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the past 6 months
Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts max) and Sim Lab on day one
Strong EKG interpretation skills and comfort with centralized telemetry monitoring

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry and centralized monitoring expertise
Neuro and cardiopulmonary patient care knowledge
EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
Airvo/High Flow oxygen therapy experience
Collaborative communication with charge nurses and hospitalists
