Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans to help patients reach their goals
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver comprehensive treatment
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on strategies for continued improvement

Qualifications

Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
Current BLS certification
2 years of experience in an acute care facility

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
