Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, rotating daytime hours

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients with ESRD, CKD, HTN, and glomerularnephritis
Perform IV insertions and administer medications including Ferlicit and Venofer
Collaborate with nursing supervisors and clinic administrators to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Support an average of 8 patients daily in a specialized nephrology setting
Float to other specialty clinics when needed while maintaining similar job functions

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
Current BLS certification required
Experience with IV insertion and administration
Strong assessment and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

IV insertion and administration techniques
Understanding of ESRD, CKD, HTN, and glomerularnephritis patient care
Medication administration including Ferlicit and Venofer
Patient education and care coordination
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing supervisors and clinic staff
