Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to medical surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms and patient status throughout the night shift
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses and the care team to build effective care plans
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families so they feel confident and supported
• Respond quickly and calmly to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing is a plus
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• A team player attitude with a genuine heart for patient care
• Ability to work night shifts comfortably
