Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Colorado
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Med/Surg nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of med/surg nursing practices and protocols
• Skill in medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
• Empathy and a patient-first approach to care
