Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient vitals and promptly report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge care
• Document care thoroughly within electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Med-surg or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compassionate environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing best practices
• Skilled in IV therapy, wound care, and patient assessment
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong clinical judgment and prioritization
• Compassionate bedside manner and excellent teamwork
