Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our Long-Term Care unit
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license (must be currently active)
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience (2 years preferred)
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
