Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care
Location: Waimea, HI
Start Date: 08-10-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts, must be available for all shifts (day, evening, night), including weekends and holidays
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our Long-Term Care unit
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii RN license (must be currently active)
- Current BLS/BCLS certification
- Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience (2 years preferred)
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

- Patient assessment and care planning
- Clinical documentation and EMR proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
