Roles & Responsibilities

• Take charge responsibilities and lead the care team in a 26-bed long-term care facility
• Administer medications accurately and monitor resident responses
• Provide expert wound care and promote healing
• Document resident care in Matrix EMR with precision
• Collaborate with physical therapists and social workers to deliver holistic care
• Deliver compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Dakota or compact (NLC) license
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with Matrix EMR is a plus
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Charge nurse experience
• Medication administration skills
• Wound care expertise
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Proficiency with Matrix EMR
• BLS certification
