Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a close-knit rural setting
- Triage patients and confidently step into the role of baby catcher and transition nurse
- Monitor and titrate Pitocin drips to support safe deliveries
- Collaborate with the on-call OB team to ensure every birth goes smoothly
- Support postpartum recovery and newborn care with skill and warmth
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
- Current ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications
- Comfortable functioning independently as both LDRP nurse and baby catcher
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong LDRP and triage skills
- Ability to read fetal monitoring strips confidently
- Experience with OBIX EFM system a plus
- Flexible and ready to float to Med-Surg when needed
