Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating on-call and alternating weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $82 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Interventional Radiologists with imaging-guided invasive procedures that directly impact patient outcomes
- Coordinate daily IR physician schedules to keep procedures running smoothly and on time
- Collaborate with floor nurses and imaging techs to ensure seamless patient care across departments
- Monitor and manage sedation for patients undergoing radiology procedures, keeping safety top of mind
- Place peripheral IVs and support a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Current PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
- Preferred experience in Interventional Radiology
- Comfortable working with pediatric patients when needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong sedation monitoring skills
- Proficient with Cerner EMR
- Familiarity with MRI Safe Pumps and EKG Monitors
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
