Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
Operate advanced medical equipment and respond swiftly to changes in patient status
Educate and support patients and their families during critical times

Qualifications

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and IV therapy
Excellent assessment and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
