Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living
Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to maximize patient independence
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and adaptive strategies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by the clinic)
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
Evidence-based intervention techniques
Adaptive equipment recommendation and training
Patient and caregiver education
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Accurate documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR/BLS certified
