Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (including weekends as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Ensure a safe and healing environment for all patients

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania in good standing
BLS certification required (AHA or equivalent)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and management
Wound care and infection control
Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
Effective communication and teamwork
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
