Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 48
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill adult and pediatric patients over 15 years old
- Titrate and manage complex medication drips including vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, and antiarrhythmics
- Monitor and interpret telemetry using Draeger heart monitoring systems
- Collaborate with physicians, fellows, and residents to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Float to various inpatient units while maintaining excellence in every assignment
- Respond to rapid response teams and codes with confidence and skill
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Valid driver's license for radius verification
- Ability to pass skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
- Experience with vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems
- Comfort with advanced monitoring including CVPs, arterial lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, and ICP monitoring
- Willingness to learn new skills in real time with supportive training
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
