Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to adult ICU patients including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and respiratory distress cases
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while managing complex cardiac and sedation drips
- Titrate medications and adjust ventilator settings to support critically ill patients
- Collaborate with nurse aides and respiratory therapists to deliver seamless, team-based care
- Float to PCU or MedSurg units when needed while maintaining excellent patient ratios
Qualifications
- Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong telemetry monitoring, drip titration, and ventilator management experience
- Ability to arrive within 30 minutes when called in from on-call status
- Willingness to work every other weekend and at least two holidays during the contract
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
- Cardiac, insulin, and sedation drip titration
- Ventilator management from nasal cannula to full support
- Critical thinking in fast-paced ICU environments
- Floating comfortably between ICU, PCU, and MedSurg units
