Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
- Respond quickly and effectively to trauma, burns, and pediatric emergencies
- Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team including physicians, midlevels, and respiratory therapists
- Monitor cardiac rhythms using Phillips telemetry and interpret strips with confidence
- Float between multiple ER locations while maintaining excellent patient care standards
- Support patients and families during critical moments with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ATCN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience with at least 6 months in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity settings
- Ability to maintain sterile field during procedures
- Comfortable floating between multiple ER facilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient with cardiac monitoring and strip interpretation
