Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and expert emergency nursing care to patients in fast-paced ER settings
• Triage patients based on acuity and prioritize needs in high-pressure situations
• Administer medications, monitor telemetry, and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Perform point-of-care lab testing and collaborate with physicians, techs, and other nurses
• Float seamlessly between multiple hospitals within your assigned zone, adapting quickly to new environments
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in any state (or ability to obtain Colorado license)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (AHA preferred)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible night shifts

• Expertise in emergency nursing and trauma care
• Strong telemetry interpretation and 12-lead EKG skills
• Patient triage and critical thinking
• Point-of-care testing proficiency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic float pool environment
