Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients across ED and MedSurg Swing units
Titrate drips and monitor patients with varying acuity levels
Collaborate with the care team as charge nurse when needed
Float to support ED holds and ensure seamless patient experiences
Read and interpret telemetry strips to support timely interventions

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
At least one year of MedSurg experience
Comfortable working in a 22-bed critical access setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple patient ratios confidently
Experience with ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and oxygen delivery
Flexible and willing to float between departments
