Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM, negotiable schedule with one weekday call per week and one weekend call per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care during open heart and endovascular procedures in a state-of-the-art CVOR suite
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Scrub in to assist with holding the heart and closing the chest when needed
Float to General OR when CVOR cases are not scheduled, expanding your skill set
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR system
Respond to call within 30 minutes, with the option to stay in the on-site call room

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
Open Heart experience and/or Endovascular experience strongly preferred
Ability to work within a 60-mile radius of the facility
Willingness to complete one week of orientation on-site

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVOR procedures including Open Heart, TAVR, and Thoracic cases
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to adapt to floating within Zone 1 facilities when needed
Comfortable with Epic EMR documentation
Reliable and responsive during on-call rotations
