Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to high-acuity cardiac surgery patients including CABG, TAVR, and transplant recipients
- Monitor and manage advanced life-support devices such as IABP, ECMO, and CRRT
- Collaborate with intensivists and the interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans
- Float to other ICUs and Telemetry units as needed, adapting quickly to new environments
- Perform bedside procedures including bronchoscopies, Swan-Ganz catheter placements, and epidurals
- Maintain strict sterile technique during Foley catheter insertions and central line dressing changes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum one year of ICU experience with Level I Trauma background
- CVICU experience strongly preferred
- CCRN certification a plus
- Strong IV skills and comfort with high-acuity cardiac patients
