Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality radiographic imaging with attention to patient comfort and safety
Prepare patients for procedures, explain steps clearly, and ensure proper positioning
Operate and maintain radiology equipment following safety and infection control protocols
Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians and support staff to deliver timely diagnostic images
Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in line with facility policies
Assist with orientation activities as part of the onboarding process

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification or equivalent radiologic technologist credential preferred
State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (MO) or ability to obtain licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Previous clinical experience as a radiologic technologist preferred
Strong patient communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
Completion of an accredited radiography program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency operating standard radiography equipment and PACS systems
Knowledge of radiation safety principles and infection control practices
Ability to position patients accurately for diagnostic imaging
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work efficiently in a clinical setting
