Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiography procedures as ordered by physicians
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging exams
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment following strict radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to produce accurate diagnostic images
• Document patient information and imaging details accurately and promptly
• Adapt quickly to changing patient volumes and department needs

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
• Active Oregon state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Previous experience in diagnostic radiology preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of human anatomy, positioning, and radiographic techniques
• Comfortable with PACS and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate patient interaction
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards
