Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to provide accurate diagnostic images
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Follow infection control and safety standards to create a safe environment

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Active Minnesota state license or eligibility to obtain one
• BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in a radiology or imaging setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
• Proficiency with radiology information systems and PACS
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
