Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour mid/evening shift (specific times TBD); weekend and on-call requirements TBD

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $72 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of CT scans on patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics
  • Apply principles, theories, and techniques of computed tomography to ensure accurate diagnostic results
  • Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently while following established protocols
  • Position patients and provide clear instructions to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation
  • Monitor patients during scans and respond to any adverse reactions or changes in condition
  • Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to optimize imaging quality and patient care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required)
  • ARRT certification in CT (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist (required)

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

  • Solid understanding of CT scanning protocols and radiation safety practices
  • Proficiency in operating CT equipment and related imaging technology
  • Ability to work with patients of all ages and varying conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
