Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support residents with mobility, grooming, and hygiene needs
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to observe and report changes in resident status
• Knowledge of resident rights and ethical care practices
• Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for documentation
