Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Document vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals, including feeding assistance and monitoring intake
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Partner with nurses and other care team members to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus
• Ability to work per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Physical stamina to perform patient care tasks
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident rights
