Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform cleanings, oral exams, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean environment
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a dental setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient education abilities
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
