Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines to develop care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on health management and continued care

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN or RN license in Maine
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar setting is a plus
• Must provide government-issued ID and wear a photo badge

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
