Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Take and document vital signs, and observe residents for changes in condition
• Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure resident comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
