Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
• Take and process dental X-rays with care and precision
• Provide a warm, friendly experience for our young patients and their families
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting
• Educate patients and parents on dental hygiene and post-treatment care

Qualifications

• Relevant dental assistant training or certification is preferred
• No minimum experience required — we welcome entry-level candidates ready to learn
• Ability to work a 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM shift
• Passion for working with children and creating positive dental visits
• CPR or basic life support certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and chairside assisting techniques
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment
