Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient assessments and care provided accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland (or compact state)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Completion of a state or federal issued identification and adherence to photo badge policy

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate patient-centered care approach
