Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough teeth cleanings, oral exams, and preventive treatments
• Take and interpret dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care plans
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and best practices
• Proficiency with digital radiography and dental charting software
• Strong infection control and sterilization knowledge
• Ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and team members
