Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans designed by the supervising physical therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength
Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment interventions
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Valid New Hampshire PTA license or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in therapeutic exercises, modalities, and gait training
Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
Detail-oriented for accurate documentation and charting
Time management skills to handle a varied caseload efficiently
