Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire rehabilitation department to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes
• Develop and implement evidence‑based neurorehabilitation protocols for brain injury and stroke patients
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal department performance
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate interdisciplinary care plans
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain CARF accreditation standards
• Mentor and coach clinical staff, fostering professional growth and certification achievement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in neurorehabilitation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Certification or coursework in brain injury specialist (CBIS) highly desired
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
