Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized physical therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients regain strength and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on safe, effective home exercise programs
• Document evaluations and treatment outcomes accurately while collaborating with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Comfortable working per diem with a flexible schedule
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient rehab setting is a plus
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for connecting with patients, families, and colleagues
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• A compassionate, patient-first approach to care
