Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans
Help patients regain independence with daily living activities
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes
Document progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
New graduates welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Ability to develop creative therapy interventions
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Team collaboration mindset
