Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help patients regain independence
• Improve functional independence and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
