Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth unit workflow
- Mentor staff and foster professional growth opportunities
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- ICU nursing experience
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
