Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses to support patient care
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Verify and report test results accurately and efficiently
• Follow established quality control and safety procedures
• Process and prepare specimens for testing
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses

Qualifications

• Current MLT certification (or equivalent) required
• Prior clinical laboratory experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of laboratory safety and infection control
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems
• Skilled in specimen handling and processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
