Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in an ambulatory setting
• Prepare exam rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient visits
• Take and record vital signs, patient history, and other key health information
• Perform clinical tasks such as administering medications or assisting with procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, organized environment
• Coordinate patient flow to deliver a smooth, positive experience

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in an ambulatory or outpatient clinic is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with compassion

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
• Skilled in taking vital signs and patient assessments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
