Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to gastroenterology patients managing conditions like cirrhosis, GERD, and dysphagia
Perform IV insertions and administer medications including Remicade, Inflectra, and Entyvio
Titrate drips as needed while monitoring patient responses
Collaborate with the clinic supervisor and administrator to ensure smooth daily operations
Support a growing clinic averaging 8 patients per day and help expand services
Float to other specialty clinics when needed while maintaining similar job functions

Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license in North Dakota
Current BLS certification
Experience with IV insertion and administration
Ability to titrate IV drips safely and effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

IV insertion and medication administration
Monitoring and titrating specialty infusions
Patient education for GI conditions
Working collaboratively within a clinic team
Adapting to a growing patient volume
