Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
• Observe and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assist with daily living activities such as mobility, hygiene, and nutritional support
• Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to implement individualized care plans

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of LPN scope of practice and nursing fundamentals
• Skill in medication administration and IV therapy monitoring
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
