Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with daily living activities in an acute rehabilitation setting
• Work alongside nurses and therapists to support patient recovery and progress
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Texas
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or required based on facility policy)
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Empathy and patience when working with patients
• Basic computer documentation skills
