Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts; 12.5-hour shifts as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help patients communicate and thrive
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver integrated, patient-centered care
- Empower patients and families with education and resources to support progress at home
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and track patient outcomes to enhance quality of care
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and contribute your unique therapeutic perspective
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with pediatric or orthopedic populations a plus
- Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of speech and language disorders, augmentative communication, and swallowing therapy
- Skilled in clinical documentation and electronic health records
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
- Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing patient needs and schedules
