Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced facility
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
• Adapt quickly to new units and patient assignments

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Prior acute care nursing experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing best practices and evidence-based care
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Effective communication with patients, families, and teammates
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate bedside manner
