Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer respiratory therapies, medications, and treatments as ordered
- Manage ventilator support and airway care for patients of all ages
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Respiratory Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities and equipment
- Ventilator management and airway support expertise
- Effective communication and patient education skills
- Ability to document accurately and maintain patient records
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
